Synching Love

I usually wake up to the sound of birds
But today
A rooster disturbed my slumber

On the other side of your bed
And outside the window was thunder
In your arms
this town does not seem as colder

I began to wonder
Imagined us getting older
Next to each other
Exercising our love
Much stronger

I watch you sleep
and I ponder
I wished I've met you much younger
I layed
My head
on your shoulders

The sound
Of your hearts beat
Rhythm Speaks
Our time apart won't be much longer

The spell that we are under
On me
Inside me
Beside me
Intertwined we
Everyday growing fonder
